At present he is writing his doctoral thesis, specializing in Commercial Law, under the direction of Prof. Dr. D. José Antonio García-Cruces. Member of the Bar Associations of Madrid, Malaga and Salamanca. He is a lecturer on various courses and a speaker at conferences organised by Professional and Bar Associations and the University. As a professional member of the Bar Association since 1993, he has participated in numerous important bankruptcy proceedings at a national level, as a lawyer, advisor and bankruptcy administrator. He has advised Spanish and foreign insurance companies and is also Secretary of the Board of Directors and legal adviser to many capital companies.
