José Antonio García-Cruces. Coordinates different programs in the area of commercial law taught by various institutions. Directs conferences and seminars, participating as a speaker, especially in corporate and bankruptcy matters in all kinds of public and private entities. As a member of the Bar Association since 1985, he has participated in more than one hundred bankruptcy proceedings as a lawyer, advisor and Bankruptcy Administrator. In addition to being an expert in corporate law and bankruptcy, he is also secretary and legal adviser to many companies.
